About Me

Hi, I am Melina! I am a UX designer currently located in Enschede, Netherlands. My interest in the interplay of people and technology first led me to my Bachelor studies in business and IT during which I discovered my actual passion for human-computer interaction. I want to take part in creating products and applications that have a positive impact on people's lives and are intuitive to use.

Curiosity
I always loved to try out new things. It drives me to experience new places, food and hobbies, but it's also the reason why I am so interested in how humans experience the world.
Ambition
I like to put a lot of thought and effort into the things that I am working on and I have a good feeling for when I achieved good results. My ambition also helps me pushing through when hiking and trekking.

Empathy
I'm very sociable and open-minded. A good atmosphere is important to me to thrive in groups and in my workspace. I am playing volleyball since my teenage years and I really enjoy the social aspects of having a team.

Being creative by crafting things myself or dancing makes me fulfilled and I enjoy sharing it with friends. But I also like coming up with creative solutions to problems with limited resources available.
